Shipping:

You will get FREE U.S. shipping on all orders at our site.

The shipping address should be a physical address.
For all products placed on website, we DO NOT ship to P.O. box address.

 

After we receive your order, our system will automatically select the best warehouse in California, Nevada, Michigan, New Jersey, or Georgia for shipping based on your order address. You will receive the logistics tracking number within 48 hours, and the delivery can be completed within 2-7 business days depending on your region. Our free shipping supports via FedEx, UPS, USPS and other shipping methods, our system will automatically match the best shipping methods according to the product size, weight and other factors. Monday shipping if the order is placed on the weekend.

However, our free shipping is not supported for ordered from outside of the continental 48 states (Alaska, American Samoa, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Guam Gu, Northern Mariana Islands, US territories, or US military agencies) will be required to pay a surcharge for shipping.

 

We do not provide the international shipping service at the moment.   

 

Returns & Refunds

We have a 30 days return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If something doesn’t work out, you can send most items back within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If packaging is not available, your item cannot be processed for a return.

 

Returns or exchanges will be subject to a 15% - 25% restocking fee of the original item Price, Plus the cost of Original Shipping, return shipping and replacement shipping. All above subject fees will be directly deducted from refund amount.
